REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed products in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Shipping

  • Turkey: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • International: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Washed or used products

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
